Mindfulness is the primary technique we learn in my Infinite Calm meditation course. You will learn a powerful mindful meditation from the Buddhist tradition which trains the brain to be in the present moment. Your mind will learn through practise to cut through the noise and chatter, to let go of the past and the future and to enjoy being in the now.
