Course Description

The effects of stress on your body and mind can be acute. When the accumulation of stress becomes too much, it can manifest as insomnia, anxiety and depression. Which can all have a big impact on your life. In this free 45 minute event, you will learn easy and practical ways to reduce your stress levels, blissfully unwind and prepare for mind & body for sleep. The session is practical and filled with take away meditative techniques to apply to your daily life. Over the last 8 years, I have managed my insomnia through meditation and have masses of tips and advice to share! I now sleep like a baby but also feel empowered that I have learnt the tools to achieve this. If you can't make the live event, leave a note in the messages on booking and I will send you the recording afterwards.
