Course Description

15 March 2024 is World Sleep Day and to celebrate, I am running a free workshop on my favourite subject - how to sleep well. A few years back, I was an expert at not sleeping well and over the years I have learnt why this was and what I can do about it. I came up with a toolkit of easy, meditative tools that I use whenever my sleep starts to wane which I would love to share with you. In this free 45 minute event, you will learn easy and practical ways to reduce your stress levels, blissfully unwind and prepare for mind & body for sleep. The session is practical and filled with take away meditative techniques to apply to your daily life. If you can't make the live event, I will send you the recording afterwards.
