15-21 May is Mental Health Awareness Week and this year's theme is Anxiety. Anxiety is something I have experienced acutely at various stages of my life so it feels fitting that I host a free event on this subject for MHA week. Over the last 8 years, I have managed my anxiety through meditation and have masses of tips and advice to share! I now rarely feel anxiety and when I do feel it bubble up, I have lots of tools to keep it in check. In this free 45 minute event, you will learn easy and practical ways to manage and reduce your anxiety levels. The session is practical and filled with take away meditative techniques to apply to your daily life. I will send you the Zoom code 1 hour before the class starts.
