Course Description

Anxiety is something I have experienced acutely at various stages of my life so it feels fitting that I host a free event on this subject for Mental Health Awareness week this year. Over the last 8 years, I have managed my anxiety through breathwork & meditation and have masses of tips and advice to share! When I now feel anxiety bubble up, I have lots of tools to diffuse it and keep it in check. In this free 45 minute event, you will learn easy and practical ways to manage and reduce your anxiety levels. The session is practical and filled with take away meditative techniques to apply to your daily life. I will send you the Zoom code 1 hour before the class starts. If you can't make the live event, I will send you the recording afterwards. By booking onto the session, you agree to receive email updates about this session and future events.
